Make these easy, cheesy Buffalo Chicken Sliders on a sheet pan. This recipe uses sweet rolls and is perfect for game day or quick party food.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian slider rolls, sliced horizontally
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider rolls in the prepared baking dish or on the sheet pan.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese mixture over the chicken layer.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the assembled sliders.
  8. Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are lightly golden brown.
  10. Slice the sliders apart and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time when preparing the shredded chicken.
  • For extra flavor, brush the tops with a mixture of melted butter and a dash of hot sauce before the final bake.
  • If you prefer blue cheese flavor, substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing.
