Ingredients
Scale
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and Dijon mustard.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread half of the tuna salad mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer half of the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes over the tuna salad.
Carefully roll up the tortilla, folding in the sides as you go, to create a secure wrap.
Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for a portable meal.
Notes
For a creamier tuna salad, add a little more mayonnaise.
Feel free to add other vegetables like shredded carrots or chopped pickles.
If you don’t have Dijon mustard, regular yellow mustard can be used as a substitute.
