Make this simple, festive champagne punch for your next celebration. It combines cranberry, citrus, and fresh rosemary for a refreshing, crowd-pleasing drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or Prosecco
  • 1 (64 oz) bottle chilled white grape juice
  • 1 cup chilled cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Ice ring or cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill all liquid ingredients thoroughly before mixing.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine the white grape juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Add the sliced orange, lime slices, cranberries, and rosemary sprigs to the juice mixture.
  4. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Stir very lightly to combine without losing too much carbonation.
  5. Add a large ice ring or ice cubes to the punch bowl to keep the punch cold.
  6. Serve immediately in glasses.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead option, mix all non-alcoholic ingredients and chill them up to 24 hours in advance. Add the Champagne just before guests arrive.
  • If you need a non-alcoholic champagne punch option, substitute the Champagne with chilled sparkling white grape juice or club soda.
  • To make the rosemary more aromatic, lightly clap the sprigs between your hands before adding them to the punch.
