Create festive and delicious Ham and Cheese Sliders with a zesty Cranberry Aioli. These mini sandwiches are perfect for holiday gatherings and parties, offering a delightful sweet and savory flavor combination.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (8 count) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
  • For the Cranberry Aioli:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Place a slice of ham and half a slice of provolone cheese on the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
  4. Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end, and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds, if desired.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. While the sliders are baking, prepare the Cranberry Aioli. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  8. Once the sliders are baked, let them cool slightly before serving with the Cranberry Aioli.

Notes

  • You can substitute Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese for provolone if you prefer.
  • For a spicier aioli, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
