Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Greek yogurt, plain (full fat or 2% works best)
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped small
4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, gently fold the chopped strawberries into the Greek yogurt. If using maple syrup or honey, mix it in now.
Place the chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for about 1 tablespoon per cluster.
Drizzle or spoon the melted chocolate mixture over the yogurt mounds. Use a toothpick to swirl if desired.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm.
Store the frozen clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt to help the clusters hold their shape better when freezing.
If you prefer a sweeter yogurt base, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture.
For a lower sugar option, use sugar-free chocolate chips when melting.
