Prepare individual servings of creamy strawberry pie layered in jars. This no-bake dessert uses a simple crust, a light cream filling, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for whipped cream)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  2. Press about 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture into the bottom of four small (8-ounce) jars to form the crust layer. Chill the jars for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. This is your cream filling.
  6. Layer the ingredients in the jars: place a layer of sliced strawberries over the crust, top with a generous layer of the cream filling, and repeat the layers until the jar is nearly full.
  7. Top each jar with a final strawberry slice or a small dollop of remaining whipped cream.
  8. Chill the No-Bake Strawberry Cream Pie Jars for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, bake the crumbs for 5 minutes before chilling, though this is optional for a true no-bake recipe.
  • You can substitute shortbread cookie crumbs for graham crackers.
  • If you need to transport these, seal the jars with lids and keep them refrigerated until ready to eat.
