Scale
1 (13.8 ounce) tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mini pepperoni
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
Unroll the pizza dough and press it into an 8×8 inch square.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni over the sauce.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the toppings.
Cut the dough into 16 equal squares.
Place one square into each cup of the prepared mini muffin tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before carefully removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
Notes
You can customize the toppings with your favorite pizza ingredients like mushrooms, olives, or cooked sausage.
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Ensure the dough squares are packed snugly into the muffin tin for a good pull-apart effect.
