Ingredients
Scale
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (canned or carton)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
2-3 ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)
Instructions
Place the frozen raspberries, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
Add 2-3 ice cubes if you prefer a very thick consistency.
Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass.
Serve immediately and enjoy your pink, flavorful creation.
Notes
For a thinner consistency, add a splash more coconut milk.
You can substitute raspberries with strawberries for a slightly different pink hue.
Using frozen fruit is key to achieving a cold, thick texture without watering it down with too much ice.
