Create a festive and bubbly Sparkling Cranberry Pomegranate Mocktail perfect for your holiday gatherings. This non-alcoholic drink offers bright, tart flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Cranberry Juice (100% juice)
  • 2 cups Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups Sparkling Water or Club Soda (chilled)
  • Cranberries and Pomegranate Arils for garnish
  • Lime wheels for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher.
  2. Stir the mixture well until the simple syrup is fully dissolved.
  3. Taste the base mixture and add more simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
  4. Chill the base mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  5. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice.
  6. Pour the chilled juice mixture into each glass, filling about half to two-thirds full.
  7. Top each glass with the chilled sparkling water or club soda.
  8. Gently stir once to combine the sparkling water.
  9. Garnish each mocktail with fresh cranberries, pomegranate arils, and a lime wheel.

Notes

  • For an extra festive look, freeze cranberries and pomegranate arils into ice cubes ahead of time.
  • You can prepare the juice base mixture up to 24 hours in advance. Wait to add the sparkling water until just before serving so the drink stays fizzy.
  • If you don’t have simple syrup, you can use maple syrup, but it may slightly alter the flavor profile.
