Ingredients
Scale
1 large orange, sliced
1 grapefruit, sliced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
64 ounces water (filtered or still)
Instructions
Wash the orange and grapefruit well.
Slice the orange and grapefruit into thin rounds.
Place the citrus slices and rosemary sprigs into a large pitcher.
Fill the pitcher with 64 ounces of water.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
Serve chilled. Refill with water as needed, topping up the fruit every few hours for best flavor.
Notes
You can add ice directly to the serving glass, but infusing with ice may dilute the flavor quickly.
For a stronger rosemary flavor, gently bruise the sprigs before adding them to the water.
This water tastes best when consumed within 24 hours.
