Enjoy these delightful no-bake Cappuccino Tiramisu Cups, perfect for a single serving of Italian dessert. Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone filling are assembled in individual cups for a sophisticated treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy.
  5. Arrange a layer of espresso-soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of four dessert cups.
  6. Spoon a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layers: ladyfingers, then cream.
  8. Finish with a final layer of cream.
  9. Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the dessert is set.
  10. Before serving, dust the tops generously with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • Ensure your mascarpone cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Do not over-soak the ladyfingers, or they will become mushy.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, you can add a teaspoon of espresso powder to the mascarpone cream.
